It’s location is ideal – it’s a busy crossroads with a lot of traffic that naturally comes off the freeway, it’s close enough to the cities to attract talented employees and there are a number of prime spots for development. The City of North Branch has been great to work with. They have acted as true partners in our planning, joining with us to solve problems – it’s never seemed adversarial. The City of North Branch has been so supportive from the moment we started working with them when purchasing an existing restaurant in the city. They were very helpful with the paperwork, supporting us when COVID shut us down, approving a makeshift patio for outdoor dining, the city/ECE loan process, license renewal, and supporting us as customers as well.
